Wakefield Township holds a local township election and its Annual Meeting each year on the second Tuesday of March. In 2026, the date of the election is Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The voting hours for the election are from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The Annual Meeting begins at 8:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible. The election and Annual Meeting are held at the Wakefield Town Hall, 22295 Frostview Road, Cold Spring, Minnesota. Absentee voting begins on February 6, 2026 - March 9, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
